GOLDEN's new album release "Night Reminds The Day" is near ... |
GOLDEN has been hard at work writing new material, recording and mixing their new full-length album for the past 4 months. There is still some mixing, mastering and production work to be done but we PROMISE this is the best material we've ever put out and the wait for this release will be more than well worth it.
The release is now scheduled for end of summer or early September in our best estimate. "Night Reminds The Day" is filled with 13 tracks that will make you jump around, will remind you of moments in your own life and will quite possibly give you chills you've never felt before. |  |
GOLDEN has remained a self-produced, unsigned band for the past 3 years but any track on this upcoming release could prove to change all of that.

There were a number of submissions from GOLDEN band members for preferences on the title of our upcoming 2nd album release and after much contemplation and meditation on the subject, we've named the new CD ...
soon you will get your ears around GOLDEN's "Night Reminds The Day" (2008).
Stay tuned in the next few weeks for an album release date to be announced!

As a reminder in lieu of GOLDEN's 2nd album release nearing, the band's 1st full-length album "...you, and everything..." is available for purchase online from the iTunes Music Store! The album was mastered by Rodney Mills here in Atlanta (for those unfamiliar with recording, mastering is the final step before the CD gets shipped off to be mass produced).

GOLDEN shared the stage with rock legend on-the-rise, Robert Randolph on Monday night 12/1 for a very special 92.9 Dave FM event sponsoring Habitat For Humanity. Center Stage (formerly Earthlink Live) was the setting and the house was completely packed. |  |
GOLDEN played a quintessential set complete with horns and percussion, becoming fondly known as golden [the 8-piece]. Then, Robert Randolph and The Family Band rocked us into the night, finishing their set by inviting joshua GOLDEN and golden [the horn section] back up for a few closing numbers. Robert Randolph & The Family Band have made their mark as a multicultural American funk and soul band, and have recently toured with Eric Clapton as a supporting act.
GOLDEN wants to thank all our fans for their support and especially give a huge thanks to 92.9 Dave FM for their continued support after this year's Search-A-Roo competition and Bonnaroo.
Let's make 2007 an incredible year again -- GOLDEN will continue to give back to all of you with an amazing stage show, new music and maybe we'll throw in a couple more iPods just for good measure :-)
